4. How to return an item:

1. Contact our customer service team through the website or by phone. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
3. Include a copy of your packing slip or receipt with the return shipment.
4. Ship the item back to us at the address provided with the RMA number.
